How We Work

We start off with a conversation!

It’s important that we have a conversation about how we can best support you! We run through your challenges, where you need support and what you want to achieve. From there if we are a good fit, we will keep talking and run through an initial quick audit.

What is involved in the Quick Audit?

Depending on what channels you want to focus on, be it TikTok or improving the functionality on your site, we will do a review of the site and look at the core areas that really need support and present back an initial plan. From there we can recommend how many days (as we work with a day rate structure) and what kind of support you may need. We will never ask for more days than are actually needed to make strategic improvements.

You like the audit, you are ready to engage, what’s next?

Next we do a much bigger audit! It involves a full technical review and a deep audit of your channels. Then we will present back a full extensive plan of action as well as what is currently working and what isn’t. We will also provide a full roadmap and document that has all of the actions and plan fully detailed out. This is a live document so you can access it whenever you like. You will also get a full dedicated report so you can track progress.

How often will we talk?

We will schedule a weekly or bi-weekly call depending on what works best for you, we will also have a monthly meeting so we can run through the progress plan, where we are in the roadmap, and if anything needs to change or if the strategy needs to be altered at all.
